HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT 
Appointments may be made by contacting Tranquillity on Tel: 9262 1599 or by using our Online Booking facility. We recommend that all treatments and services be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment. If you have a Gift Certificate please mention this or quote the number at the time of booking.
GIFT CERTIFICATE BOOKINGS
Please mention that you have a Gift Certificate at the time of booking. Gift Voucher bookings are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and require a minimum of 2 weeks advanced booking notice. Unfortunately, if you fail to mention that you have a Gift Certificate, at the time of booking, this may result in your treatment being changed to another time convenient to both Tranquillity and the Gift Voucher Recipient.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please let our friendly receptionist know if you have any special health conditions such as pregnancy and high blood pressure so we can tailor a treatment package suitable to your needs.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid disappointment. Plan ahead for your special day and give yourself plenty of time for your journey so that you arrive at Tranquillity relaxed and ready to enjoy your time of relaxation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As the treatments you select are especially reserved for you and to be able to accommodate all our clients, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation for any treatment of 1 hour or more. Your credit card details will be required to reserve this time. Any cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment full charge of your treatment will be incurred.
GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION
We require 48 Hours Notice of cancellation for group bookings of 2 or more people. Your credit card details will be required to reserve this time. Any cancellations made after 48 hours will unfortunately incur a 100% cancellation fee.
SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
Sunday and Public Holiday bookings are available by appointment only. Your credit card details will be required to reserve this time. All bookings need to be paid for in advance and will be charged to your credit card 1 day prior to your appointment.
TREATMENT CHANGES
If you wish to change your treatment on the day of your booking, for example, from a 1 Hour Treatment to a 30 or 45 minute Treatment, you will still be charged for the original 1 hour treatment. If you wish to upgrade your booking, for example, from a 1 hour treatment to a 90 minute treatment, we shall be happy to accommodate this change if time allows on the day.
PAYMENTS
For your convenience we accept Visa or Mastercard (1% surcharge applies), Amex (3% surcharge) and Eftpos.
A 10% treatment surcharge applies on Sundays and after 6.00pm daily. A 15% treatment surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
REFUND POLICY
Please select your products and treatments carefully as we do not exchange or refund on Products Purchased or Treatments Received.
SPA ETIQUETTE
As Tranquillity is a place of relaxation and quiet, we kindly request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum and ensure mobile phones are on silent or switched off. We request that all visitors are sensitive to other visitors who may be relaxing in our lounge area or receiving treatments. Unfortunately, no Food or Drinks can be taken into Tranquillity Spa & Beauty.
GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES
For your convenience, Gift Certificates can be purchased for monetary value, beauty or spa treatments or spa packages. Usage of Gift Certificates are subject to terms and conditions. Please enquire at the time of purchase.
